Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped UPS
ground service unless otherwise requested while placing
order online, shipping starts at $7.95. Products are shipped out Monday thru Friday
via UPS or US Postal Service. Shipping times are anywhere
from 1 to 14 days depending on where you are located and if
the item ordered is in stock, on backorder or if it needs to
be custom formulated.
All above listed shipping
charges apply to the continental United States of America.
Orders Outside of the
USA
All orders shipping outside of the USA will require a follow
up e-mail with a shipping quote before processing your
order. If you have any questions or need assistance with an

Orders shipped outside of the USA are sent via USA Post
Office (USPS).
About Our Pricing Policy
All prices and descriptions contained on this web site are
subject to change without notice. Items can be withdrawn
from sale at any time. Ketone Automotive is not responsible
for typographical errors.
Any item withdrawn from sale, which required a down payment,
may be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee deducted from
the down payment. Any item purchased from Ketone Automotive
which required a refund are subject to a 25%
restocking fee deducted from the purchase price (Shipping
charges are not refundable for any reason).
Current prices may be quoted over the telephone when you
place your order. Illinois residents add applicable state
and local sales tax.
Merchandise Returns
No Refunds or Returns on Color Cards, Video Tapes or Custom
Made Spray Cans.
We will not accept any returns without the original
box or packaging. Any item
purchased from Ketone Automotive which required a refund are
subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from the
purchase price (Shipping charges are not refundable for any
reason).
All returns must be made
within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number before shipping back to Ketone Automotive. RMA
numbers can be received by calling 708-344-9998.
All product warranties are from the manufacturer.
All returns MUST be shipped truck or UPS prepaid.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER
CLEARLY MARKED ON PACKAGING.
